[Equipment overview]
Magnetic water treatment equipment is the latest water treatment equipment
made of latest high-performance magnetic materials with advanced magnetic
circuit design and implementation of multi-level magnetic approach. With
antiscale rate of more than 98% and disinfection and algae removal
rate of more than 98%, the equipment has been proofed with advanced
technology in the applications for pure water treatment, sewage treatment,
waterscape water treatment and oil field water treatment etc.
[Principle]
The ultra-high magnetic field brought by the permanent magnet can
make the physical structure of the mineral substances in the water
change without changing the original chemical composition of water.
The original associated chain macromolecules will be fractured into
single small molecules and the dipole moment of water molecules will
deflect. The cation and anion of the dissolved salt (scale molecule)
in the water will be surrounded by single water molecule so that the
calcium and magnesium scales in the water will change from needle
crystallized structure to granular crystallized structure, so the
mutual adhesion among the scale molecules is affected and broken to
prevent hard scales on the heating surface or pipe walls. Part of
the granular scale will be discharged out; at the same time, due to
the increase of the dipole moment of the water molecules, the attraction
force between the water molecule and the cation and anion ions of
salt substance will increase to make the original scales on the heating
boiler surface or pipe walls gradually cracking, loosening and falling
on its own, thus achieve the descale purpose. Once the scale is removed,
the boiler will have no longer scaling.

[Applicable scope]
The treatment equipments have wide applications in various industrial
sectors including machinery, metallurgy, iron and steel, refining,
power generation, light industry, chemical industry, agriculture,
food, petroleum, mineral processing and paper-making etc. The equipment
is mainly used for scale inhibiting, scale removal and supply of magnetized
water in various types of boilers, heat exchangers, chillers, condensers,
bottle rinse machines, sterilization machines and high-temperature
boilers. The equipment also has the function for sterilization, which
makes it applicable in the swimming pools and other water treatment
places. The new boiler may be free of scale within 10 years if it
is furnished with this equipment and the old boiler will have its
original scale gradually softened and removed within 1-3 months after
being installed with this equipment, thus achieving the purpose of
saving the fuels such as coal, fuel gas and fuel oil etc and extending
the service life of the boiler. The chemicals are no longer needed
in the boiler when the equipment is equipped.
The treatment of drinking water by this equipment can prevent and
cure the stone disease, improve human’s microcirculation function
and enhance human’s health; if the water treated by this equipment
is used for bath, the skin diseases may be prevented or cured and
may be absorbed by the skin to increase the elasticity of the skin.
[Characteristic]
When compared with the traditional sodium ion exchange, descale through
chemical dosing or electronic descale device, this equipment features
energy-saving, pollution-free, low price, no requirement of floor
area, easy installation, reliable operation, easy maintenance and
high efficiency as well as no requirement of power or any adjustment
and manipulation, it is the new-generation scale prevention and removal
product.
[Installation]
1. The equipment shall be installed in the right direction with attention
to be paid to the water flow direction marked on the equipment during
the installation
2. The equipment is normally installed at the inlets of circulating
pipes, boiler water return pipes or heat exchangers
3. The connections of the product include bolts and flange
4. The product may be either horizontally installed or vertically
installed with the best performance for vertical installation.
[Attention]
1. Within three months after the installation of this equipment, the
system shall discharge the sewage at least two times a day; after
the boiler scale is completely removed, the drainage shall be performed
once a day.
2. In case of no requirements for sewage drainage, the requirement
for the original system may be followed;
3. The water temperature to be treated shall be below 80℃ and the
equipment will be specially designed and produced for water temperature
above 80℃
4. The water to be treated by the magnetic treatment equipment shall
be free of corrosive materials, especially the acidic materials;
5. The equipment shall be cleaned once a year by high pressure water
to remove the impurities;
6. It’s better to clean the old boiler before installation of this
equipment; if the thickness of the scale in the boiler is above 3mm,
cleaning is a must.
7. The optimum flow velocity is 2.5 -4 m/s and the optimum PH level
of the fluid shall be above 7.5
8. The conventional type equipment is suitable for treatment of hardness
<300mg/L and the intensifying type is suitable for treatment of hardness
<700mg/L
9. For details, please refer to installation and operation manual.
