[Applicable scope]
This pollutant sucker is specially used for suction of the residues
at the tank bottom by the swimming pool operator. The whole equipment
features easy operation, labor-saving, durability and good efficiency,
which is one of most efficient one in the country.

[Structure characteristics]
The equipment consists of three parts:
1. One self-priming hand-pushed residue suction car, which can move
freely while in operation, it is also equipped with filter to remove
the impurities at the tank bottom
2. One steel wire spring rubber pipe connected with the pipe, which
may be lengthened as per requirement
3. One residue suction disk to suck the residues at the tank bottom
and then pumped out of the tank. The whole equipment is easy in operation
and can be installed at any part of the swimming pool.
[Operation procedures]
1. First connect the steel wire spring rubber pipe to the required
length by pipe connector and connect both ends of the pipe separately
with pump car and residue suction disk, and clamped tightly to avoid
air leakage
2. Tie the residue suction disk and put it at the tank bottom for
standby use
3. Open the filter cover of the pump car to remove the foreign objects
inside, then fill water to the upper pipe, and then close the cover
plate and tighten by clamp to ensure no air leakage;
4. Switching on the power and check to ensure that the rotation direction
of the motor is the same as the arrow marked on the pump, ant then
start the equipment for about 2 -3 minutes and the residue suction
disk will move to suck the residue at the tank bottom; make the suction
a bit longer at places with deep water;
5. If the outlet water flow is found decreasing, the residue inside
the filter may be possible too much, stop the equipment and open the
cover plate to remove the inside residue, and then make the equipment
back to work.
6. After finishing the task, switching off the power and clean the
filter of the pump car, and put away the water pipes and the residue
suction disk for use next time.
[Equipment structure]
The hair catcher of the ceramic filter is made of Q235A steel plate,
the ceramic filter is loaded inside with ceramic particle filtering
beads and is furnished with water inlet and outlet distribution system;
the dosing tank is made of hard PVC material and all the pipes are
stainless steel made.

Water distribution nozzle:
The water distribution nozzle for inlet and outlet water of swimming
pool is used to ensure the uniform water distribution of circulating
water to improve the circulating treatment efficiency. The pre-embedded
parts are cast ion or steel made and the material of the water distribution
nozzle is copper.

Cover plate of overflow drain:
The combined-type overflow drain cover produced by our company is
produced by high-strength engineering plastic through injection molding
featuring high strength, corrosion resistance, exquisite appearance,
easy assembling and attractive colors, which can make the site more
attractive when being used in the swimming pools, hotels and bathrooms

Lane partition line of swimming pool:
The lane partition lines are the markings for partition of the swimming
lanes in the swimming competition, which are made of engineering plastics
through injection molding. The lane partition line is furnished with
winding device, which makes the operation very easy and are in conformity
with the rules for swimming competition. The lane partition lines
may be used in the small and medium-sized swimming pools.
