[Main characteristics]

human manipulation

[Technical performance]
The water from the swimming pool flows through the circulating water
pipeline to the hair catcher and then sent to the filter by water
pump; the circulating water is dosed with coagulant before being sucked
by the pump; then the water will be mixed with the chemical by the
water pump and then sent to the filter where the ceramic particles
are used as the filter medium to intercept the small-size coagulated
small-size suspended solids, and then the purified water will be discharged
out of the filter from the bottom, and the water will be dosed with
disinfectant before returning to the swimming pool. This operation
process works in recycle to keep the water in the pool always clean
and meet the requirements.
With the increasing filtering time, the coagulants may gradually block
the filter medium and then the microcomputer will give the instruction
to the actuator mechanism to start backwashing process and the micro-computer
control will be act according to both operation time and pressure
difference. The backwashing normally takes about 5-10 minutes; when
the backwash is completed, the micro-computer will order the actuator
mechanism to restore the filter back to the filtering state. The time
for the backwashing and filtering may be set manually.
Hair catcher: With metal net inside, the hair catcher is mainly used
for collecting the hairs and other impurities to ensure the normal
operation of the equipment. The hair catcher shall be cleaned regularly.
Coagulant dosing tank: solid coagulants shall be added inside; the
dosing tank is capable of dosing chemical while moving and the dosing
capacity may be controlled by the gate valve before the tank. timely
makeup of the coagulant is required after using up;
Filter: the filter is filled inside with 500 -700mm ceramic particles
with diameter of 1.0 -1.2mm; the filter medium features high strength
and uniform grain size.
Disinfectant dosing tank: solid chlorine must be added inside (bleaching
powder can also be added in case of no solid chlorine) The dosing
tank is capable of automatic dosing with the dosing capacity to be
controlled by the gate valve before the tank; after the chlorine tablet
is used up, it shall be replenished in time.
Pumps for the Second Taiwan, one by one by, for the four butterfly

[Automatic control system]
Use of CKY-26 programmable controller (hereinafter referred to PC)
for automatic control of all working procedures of the filter; the
specific control procedures are as following: After startup of the
system, the water pump and water inlet and outlet valves will be automatically
opened, open the backwash water inlet valve, drainage valve to perform
backwashing for 5 -10 minutes (setting allowable), after that, stop
the water pump and close the backwash water inlet valve and drainage
valve, then start the water pump and open the water inlet and outlet
valves, and the system is back to the filter state and works in recycle.
The start or stop of two pumps are under the control of PC and the
water inlet pump and backwash pump is the same; 1 pump is in service
and 1 pump standby, which is under the control of PC. On the other
hand, the backwash may also be conducted based on time, namely the
equipment will undergo backwashing after operation of a period of
time regardless of whether the filter pressure is high or lower. This
user shall state this function in advance when ordering.
[Equipment structure]
The hair catcher of the ceramic filter is made of Q235A steel plate,
the ceramic filter is loaded inside with ceramic particle filtering
beads and is furnished with water inlet and outlet distribution system;
the dosing tank is made of hard PVC material and all the pipes are
stainless steel made.
