[Type]
The underground type domestic sewage treatment equipments produced
by our company include two series including WSZ-A module series and
WSZ-F FRP series with treatment capacities ranging from 0.5m3/h to
50m3/h and a total of more than 30 varieties.
[WSZ-A Module Type]
1. Process description 
WSZ-type sewage treatment equipment is mainly designed for the treatment
of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage with the
contact oxidization process being used as the main treatment method,
which is currently the advanced and mature biological treatment technology.
The equipment is normally designed based on the domestic water quality
with BOD level of the inlet water and outlet water of 200mg/l and
20mg/l respectively. The equipment consists of 6 components as following:
(1) Primary sedimentation tank (2) contact oxidization tank (3) secondary
sedimentation tank (4) disinfection tank and disinfection device (5)
Sludge tank (6) Blower room and blower, which are described separately
as following:
(1) Primary sedimentation tank: The tank is designed to be vertical
flow type with rising speed of the sewage in the tank to be 0.6-0.7mm/s
and the settled sludge is air lifted to the sludge tank ( Note: no
primary sedimentation tank for WSZ-A 0.5-5m3h equipments)
(2) Contact oxidization tank: The water from primary sedimentation
tank self flows to contact oxidization tank for biological treatment.
The contact oxidization tank is divided into three stages with overall
retention time of over 1 hour. The time for contact oxidization reaction
of strengthened equipments may reach 6 hours. The packing used here
is new type trapeziform packing featuring easy biomembrane buildup
and no blockage. The surface area of the packing is 160m2/m3 and air/
water ratio in the contact oxidization tank is about 12:1 (Note: Contact
oxidization tank of WSZ-A 0.5-5M3 includes two stages)
(3) Secondary sedimentation tank: The sewage after biological treatment
flows to the secondary sedimentation tank. Two vertical flow type
sedimentation tanks are used working in parallel. The rising speed
is 0.3-0.4mm/s and the sludge is air lifted to the sludge tank (Note:
Sludge of WSZ-A 0.5-5M3 equipments self flows to sludge tank)
(4) Disinfection tank and disinfection device: The retention time
of the disinfection tank is 30 minutes as per “TJ14-74” standard and
additional 1-1.5 hours is needed for treatment of hospital sewage.
Solid chloride is used as disinfectant with dosing amount adjusted
according to outlet water capacity to achieve the purpose of more
chemical with more outlet water and less chemical with less outlet
water. Other disinfection devices may be supplied separately. (Note:
If the equipment is used for treatment of industrial wastewater, the
disinfection tank and the disinfection device are not necessary)
(5) Sludge tank: The sludge from primary sedimentation tank and secondary
sedimentation tank is air lifted to WSZ-A sludge tank for aerobic
digestion. The clean water in the sludge tank will backflow to the
contact oxidization tank for treatment; After the digestion, the residue
sludge may be cleared once every 1-2 years due to its extreme less
quantity. The sludge may be pumped out by dung cart through the check
hole and then transported away (For WSZ-A 0.5-5M3/h equipments, the
sludge may be treated through anaerobic digestion)
(6) Air blower room and air blower: The blower room of WSZ-A equipment
is constructed at the top of the disinfection tank with double-layer
sound insulation at the inlet. Silencer and blower filter are furnished
at the air inlet to ensure no noise during the operation. 2 sets of
L type ROOTS air blowers are used working alternatively and the service
life of each blower is approximately 30000hours.

[WSZ-F Module Type]
1. WSZ-F FRP type equipment is a kind of underground type complete
organic sewage treatment package, which is applied for the treatment
of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage to ensure
the treated water meeting the discharge standard required by the customers.
WSH-F equipment with fully new structure made of FRP materials has
pushed the technology and manufacturing skill of sewage treatment
equipment to new higher stage, thus the sewage treatment equipments
in this field has reached the international advanced level.
