[Equipment overview]
The underground water is generally transparent, but many kinds of
groundwater contain fluoride with content exceeding the national standard,
if not treated, the fluoride-contained underground water can not used
as drinking water. Drinking of water with high level of fluoride for
long time will lead to fluorosis and affect the health including teeth
black, enamel loss , teeth falling at early age and even bone sclerosis
and bone deformities.
According to state regulations, the industrial wastewater with fluoride
content higher than 10mg/l shall not be discharged out of the plant
if not treated to avoid pollution to the environment.
According to the number of fluorine-containing groundwater, LCF series
fluoride removal device designed and manufactured by two principles
into two pools A and B type.
Based on the content of fluoride in the underground water, LCF series
fluoride removal device may be designed into A and B tank types based
on two principles:
1. A type - - chemical sedimentation process
A type is normally suitable for treatment of underground water with
fluoride content lower than 2mg/l and is also suitable for treatment
of industrial wastewater with high level of fluoride.
2. B type -- Exchange absorption process
B type may be applied for treatment of underground water with the
content of fluoride F<10mg/l or sub-standard industrial wastewater.
