Ion exchange technology
has seen its wide application in the field of water treatment.
The sodium ion exchangers used for water softening are
mainly used for water treatment of medium and low pressure
boilers. Ion exchange demineralization equipment is mainly
for production of pure water and ultra pure water. Ion
exchange equipments may be applied in industries including
medicine, chemical, electronic,painting,beverage and treatment
of feed water of high-pressure boilers etc. As compared
with reverse osmosis plant introduced in recent years,
the ion exchanger features efficient removal of ion impurities,
low requirement for pre-treatment and lower cost. The
ion exchange technology is the only method for production
of ultra pure water with no substitute part at present.
When the salt content of the Influent water is below 400mg/l,
the outlet water quality from the ion exchanger may reach
1.0-0.2 μs/cm based on different requirements of the customers.
If the salt content of the influent water is 500mg/l or
above, the equipment may work with the electrodialysis
device and RO system for purpose of water demineralization
with further improvement of water quality. Our company

parts, installation, commissioning to the users based
on the requirement for water inlet and outlet qualities
