[Equipment overview]
Based on the research of the Harbin College of Civil Engineering on "iron removal of underground water – new iron removal process
through contact oxidation" our company produced LCT iron removal
of underground water – iron removal process through contact oxidation”
is a kind of "iron removal process by natural manganese sand"
, quartz sand can also be used. As compared with traditional iron
removal process through aeration method, this process has its significant
advantages including simple process, less treatment equipments, stable
and reliable performance, strong adaptability to water quality, high
treatment efficiency and cost-effectiveness etc. The equipment has
been widely used in China with increasing mature of the technology.
The process has been awarded "National Science Conference Award"
and has been included in the "design code for outdoor water supply"
and "Design Manual of Water Supply and Drainage" as well
as included in the “water supply engineering” of the teaching material
in universities and colleges.
LCT pressure type underground water iron removal device is a complete
set of iron removal equipment consisting of pressure filtration tank,
jet flow device, rotor flow meter, intermediate resistance perforated
plate and backwash water measuring tube etc. This device is applicable
for iron removal of underground water with iron content of less than
10mg/l and PH value of no less than 5.5. The iron content of the treated
water is less than 0.3 mg/l, which is In conformity with the requirement
specified in the “national sanitary standard for domestic drinking
water”. The equipment is especially suitable for water supply in medium
and small towns, rural areas and iron removal and water softening
pre-treatment of the water source in the industrial enterprises.
[Applicable scope]
LCT iron removal device is applicable for iron removal of underground
water with iron content of less than 10mg/l or the maximum of 15mg/l
and PH value of no less than 5.5. The iron content of the treated
water is less than 0.3 mg/l, which is In conformity with the GB5749-85
“domestic drinking water quality standard”. The equipment is especially
suitable for water supply in medium and small towns, rural areas and
iron removal and water softening pre-treatment of the water source
in the industrial enterprises.
[Technical data]
1. The treatment capacity of this series of iron removal devices is
between 120-2400 t/d and the treatment capacity may be appropriately
increased to 2500t/d based on the production requirements.
2. When the iron content of the raw water is less than 15 mg/l, the
iron content of the treated water can meet the national drinking water
standard; if the industrial production water has particular requirement
for the iron content in the water, our company can provide special
design as per request.
