LTS series gravity automatic/manual new-type integrated water purifier
was designed and developed by the Environmental Engineering College
of Tongji University and was manufactured by our company.
[Technical performance]
1. The upper parts are new type energy-saving hydraulic device - clarifier
– flow adjusting device – slope plate sedimentation and the lower
parts are quartz sand and anthracite filter medium.
2. Energy-saving - less energy consumption for water inlet and water
saving in flushing;
3. High efficient – Significant efficiency for coagulation, clarification
and water filtration, quick and complete cleaning of filter medium
layers;
4. Reasonable structure – the coagulation, clarification and filtering
processes are reasonably integrated in the one system;
5. Convenient operation and management – Operation of equipment may
be either manually or automatically controlled with the turbidity
of outlet water≤ 2mg/l when the turbidity of inlet water is 500mg/l
or 1000mg/l short time.

[Automatic operating procedures]
1. Open the water valve and close the backwash valve (backwash pump)
and drainage valve
2. When the pollutants among the filter medium layers accumulate to
certain level and the water level is increased to the upper limit,
the water level controller will actuate to close the water inlet valve
and open the (backwash pump) backwash valve to run for 3 minutes.
3. Close the backwash valve (backwash pump) and drainage valve and
open the water inlet valve
4. The sludge discharge is performed at fixed time
